Barbara Gordon's Batgirl is the focus of a new bloody variant cover for the second issue of writer Geoff Johns and artist Jason Fabok's Batman: Three Jokers.

DC unveiled the cover with the release of its September 2020 solicitations. The cover by Fabok and colorist Brad Anderson depicts Batgirl staring back at the reader, with the forehead of her cowl and face featuring a red blood splatter. It's similar to other covers for the Black Label mature readers miniseries that show closeups of Batman and Joker's faces also covered with blood splatter.
