DC's sneak peek at Joshua Williamson and David Marquez' Batman/Superman #1 reveals Billy Batson has been infected by The Batman Who Laughs.

As Batman and Superman ruminate on who they can and can't trust, someone dressed like one of The Batman Who Laughs' Dark Robins attacks. This person is later revealed to be Billy Batson, whose alter-ego is the superhero Shazam. A look at the cover for Batman/Superman #2, which Williamson shared on Twitter, indicates Bill will be able to use his Shazam powers. Like the Damian Wayne Dark Robin from Earth-22, Billy seems to have retained his ability to speak. as he's able to say more than just "crow."

Batman/Superman follows the conclusion of The Batman Who Laughs miniseries by Scott Snyder and Jock. Williamson and Marquez' story will see the two superheroes tracking down sleeper agents infected by The Batman Who Laugh.
