Bruce Wayne is not only Batman, but also a billionaire playboy and one of Gotham’s most eligible bachelors. So, how does he fare as a Casanova? Video editor Maurice Mitchell's supercut of 50 years of onscreen kisses suggests that the Dark Knight is doing all right in that department.

The "Batman Kiss Count" is limited to the Caped Crusader's live-action cinematic adventures, and begins with Adam West, as Bruce Wayne, courting Lee Meriwhether’s Miss Kitka in the 1966 classic, "Batman: The Movie." It concludes with Christian Bale and Anne Hathaway fully outfitted as Batman and Catwoman at the end of "The Dark Knight Rises."

In total, the nearly three-minute supercut counts 60 kisses, but the methodology behind the tally is sometimes unclear, as the counter dings when either of the parties in the liplock inhales or changes the angle of their neck. There is no footage of Ben Affleck canoodling in "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice," which may further fuel the detractors who have deemed Zack Snyder's "Justice League" prequel to be humorless -- but with Affleck signed on for multiple films, there's still plenty of time for future smooches.

So who gets the bulk of Batman’s affection when it comes to receiving his kisses? It depends how you look at it. On the one hand, Nicole Kidman gets the most screen time as Dr. Chase Meridian, on the other, the three incarnations of Batman and Catwoman -- including Michael Keaton and Michelle Pfeiffer -- spend the most time lip-locked. If we go by the sheer number of kisses, Dr. Meridian and Catwoman/Selena Kyle are tied at 18, but the edge goes to the Cat, who has six more lives to share with the Bat.
