As the eternal debate at what director Zack Snyder's original cut of 2017's Justice League may have been before being replaced by Joss Whedon, a new deleted clip from the DCEU film featuring Ben Affleck's Batman has surfaced.

Shared in a Twitter post by fan @moaningwaynes, the one-second clip shows Batman destroy and Gotham City Police Department surveillance camera with a single, well-aimed Batarang.

The deleted scene appears to be footage examined by Cyborg as he studies the Gotham City-based superhero though the footage seen in the film features a different read-out and lighting of the Caped Crusader revealing the cut sequence from taking place on the rooftop of the Gotham Bank.

The footage scene in the deleted clip features the GCPD logo instead, along with the notation that it was filmed from GCPD Cam 52, itself a nod to the number commonly showing up in the DC Universe and branding for its publishing initiative from 2011 to 2016.

While the nature of the scene suggests the clip was always intended to be a brief bit of "found footage," it is interesting to see the difference in presentation. Ever since widespread rumors of a "Snyder Cut" to the film, Warner Bros. has denied the possibility of releasing an alternate version of the film.
