Batman's first sidekick -- the Dick Grayson incarnation of Robin -- was created shortly after the Caped Crusader's own comic book debut. Since then, Batman has had a number of Robins (so many that it's become something of a running joke), along with the extended Bat-family, which includes the likes of Batgirl, Spoiler, Batwing and more.
