Batman: Damned #3 and Doomsday Clock #9 are Delayed

DC Comics fans have received some bad news: Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo's Batman: Damned #3 and Geoff Johns and Gary Frank's Doomsday Clock #9 are getting delayed.

Doomsday Clock, which has experienced a series of delays, will now arrive on March 6. However, Batman: Damned will have a much more significant delay and not hit shelves until sometime in May, three months from now.

Doomsday Clock #9 was originally solicited for Jan. 23. As Doomsday Clock #8 originally released in December, there will now have been a gap of three months between issues. The series has been postponed numerous times since first launching. The books were originally supposed to release monthly. However, DC quickly changed to bimonthly to allow the rest of the DC Universe catch up, since the story takes place a year in the future.

DC Black Label series Batman: Damned has also suffered through delays and the latest one is a long wait for fans. For Batman: Damned #3, the news came from Ryan Higgins of Comics Conspiracy. He tweeted out that the issue, which was set to go on sale on March 27, was postponed. The bad news is that there is now no release date  for the comic and just word that it will be March previews and for sale in May.
