With the hit miniseries Batman: Curse of the White Knight #3 on sale today, DC has provided an extensive preview of next month's issue, showcasing creator Sean Murphy's acclaimed reimagining of Gotham City.

With the Bat-Family rocked by a recent tragedy, the unlettered preview pages show an emotional confrontation between Batgirl and her partners on the GTO, leading to her launching an investigation with Nightwing. Written and illustrated by Murphy and colored by Matt Hollingsworth, the standard cover featuring Batgirl, variant cover spotlighting Alfred, interior pages and DC's description of the upcoming issue are below:

As Murphy's love letter to the entire Batman mythos while bringing his own fan-favorite vision to the venerable franchise, the writer/artist has filled every issue with nods and references to the entire history of the Caped Crusader. The GTO parking garage seen in the preview has several of the classic Batmobiles, including Adam West's open-top sedan from the 1960s series, the sleek Batmobile from the Tim Burton films, the rectangular Batmobile from Batman: The Animated Series and the Tumbler from the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight trilogy.
