Rocksteady is of course hard at work on its next video game, however, details are quite slim at the moment. Head of Marketing at the studio, Gaz Deaves, took to Twitter to hype up the upcoming project, which is still a complete mystery.
Be patient, fans. I know we're not talking right now... but when we do, people are going to lose their minds. Can't wait :D— Gaz @ Rocksteady (@GazDeaves) September 28, 2017
Rocksteady, of course, created the incredibly successful Batman: Arkham trilogy, but has previously confirmed it's done with the series. It's worth noting that Rocksteady is owned by Warner Bros., so there's always a chance it's developing another DC Comics adaptation.
Fans will be hoping that Rocksteady unveils details surrounding its next project at PlayStation's PlayStation Experience event in December, or perhaps next year's E3 -- an event that hosts a slew of huge announcements.
Telling fans they "are going to lose their minds" suggests the project is going to be astronomically huge, and nothing would be bigger than a game based on a property such as Justice League. Warner Bros. is set to release the aforementioned title in theaters in November, so an accompanying game wouldn't be too much of a surprise...
