A new TV spot for Justice League, titled "Friends", highlights the dynamic between Ben Affleck's Batman and Jason Momoa's Aquaman with new dialogue.

The TV spot shows mostly familiar footage, but closes out with a humorous exchange between the aforementioned members of the League. "Dressed like a bat? You really are out of your mind!" jokes Aquaman. "I'm not the one who brought a pitchfork" quips Batman.

This new piece of dialogue is the latest piece of proof regarding the lighter tone Justice League is aiming to bring to the DC Extended Universe. Affleck recently explained, “Justice League is a big change tonally because you now have the personalities of all these different characters coming together, and it gives you a chance to infuse a lot of humor into the scenes.

“For Bruce, he’s having to open up and play well with others because he knows he needs them," Affleck continued. "So while he doesn’t lose sight of how serious the threat is, he’s humanized by the Flash’s earnestness, Diana’s warmth, even Aquaman’s needling.
