Harley Comes Out Swinging in Batman and Harley Quinn Box Art

Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment have unveiled the box art for Batman and Harley Quinn, the next animated release in the DC Universe Original Movies series.

Directed by Sam Liu (Batman: The Killing Joke) from an original story by Bruce Timm, the feature-length animated film finds Batman and Nightwing as they're forced to enlist the help of Harley Quinn to stop Poison Ivy and the Floronic Man from hatching their plot to save the planet ... and eliminate humanity.

Batman and Harley Quinn will be available for steaming and digital download beginning Aug. 15, ahead of its Aug. 29 release on Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack ($44.98), Blu-ray Deluxe Giftset ($39.99), Blu-ray Combo Pack ($24.98) and DVD ($19.98). Bonus content includes:

The Harley Effect (Featurette): Harley Quinn, has a deep history with the fans of the DC Universe. This featurette traces her humble roots from her creators, to those that portray her at Comic book conventions. She is a symbol of strength and beloved by many.
