It's a new day in Gotham City as writer Tom King ended his years-long run on Batman. The new creative team of writer James Tynion IV and artist Tony S. Daniel started their run with Issue 86 in January, but April's Batman #93 will kickstart the next event for the Dark Knight with the return of The Joker.

DC's April solicitations reveal the climax of “Their Dark Designs” in Batman #93 by Tynion and artist Guillem March. As that story comes to an end, the issue also teases the start of "Joker War," which promises to leave a lasting impact on Gotham City.
