DC has shared an early look at March's Batman #90, by James Tynion IV, Jorge Jiménez and Tomeu Morey, which also includes our first look at the villain of the "Their Dark Designs" arc, The Designer.
Aside from the new villain, the issue looks to be jam-packed with familiar rogues, including Harley Quinn, The Joker, The Riddler and The Penguin.
