While speaking with TV Line, the cast of "Arrow" dropped a few hints about where the CW show is going when it comes back for it's fourth season. Of course, John Barrowman -- who plays Malcolm Merlyn -- admitted that he knew less than he'd like about the future of his character.

"I can't say anything at the moment because it will be revealed where he is and what's going on with him," said Barrowman. "Obviously he's the head of the League of Assassins, he's the new Ra's al Ghul." Barrowman said he doesn't know what the status or internal politics of the League will be when the show returns. He did, however, have a few comments for fans about the season premiere, which we know now will be titled "Green Arrow."

"Bring your tissues, bring everything" said Barrowman. "It's one of those episodes where, when you're watching, you're gonna go, 'What?!?!"

"Especially the last scene," added co-star Paul Blackthorne. "That last scene is gonna haunt the rest of the season."

"It's haunting me!" said Emily Bett Rickards, who plays Felicity Smoak. The premiere will pick up five months after the season three finale, with Oliver Queen and Felicity coming to the end of their romantic road trip. When they get back home, however, they'll have to face Damien Darhk, the new bad guy played by Neal McDonough.

"He's a guy who doesn't have any morality," said producer Wendy Mericle. "Damien doesn't have any code. He's just pure evil." You can watch the full interview below.

"Arrow" returns to the CW on October 7.
