Barricade Returns For 'Transformers: The Last Knight'

Director Michael Bay has unveiled a new photo of Barricade, confirming the Decepticon's return in "Transformers: The Last Knight."

After making his live-action debut in 2007's "Transformers," the villainous police car -- or, rather extraterrestrial robot disguised as a police car -- sat out 2009's "Revenge of the Fallen," only to return for 2011's "Dark of the Moon." He was absent again in 2014's "Age of Extinction."

"I thought we’d already put this bad cop away," franchise veteran Josh Duhamel wrote on Twitter.

The unveiling of the updated Barricade follows similar debuts for Bumblebee and Megatron.

Arriving June 23, 2017, "Transformers: The Last Knight" also stars Mark Wahlberg, Isabela Moner, Jerrod Carmichael and Anthony Hopkins.
