Back To The Future celebrates its 35th anniversary this year, and a new cookbook will feature food inspired by the classic trilogy. Back To The Future: The Hill Valley Cookbook will be released on Oct. 20, 2020 from Insight Editions. Insight has created cookbooks for other fictional universes, including the Overwatch and World of Warcraft video game series.
The Hill Valley Cookbook is split into different sections, each representing a time period that Marty (Michael J. Fox) and Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) visited. These recipes include a cake for Marty's ne'er do well Uncle Joey, fried chicken to celebrate the founding of Hill Valley and even a pizza like the rehydrated meals the McFly family ate in 2015. Other recipes are inspired by the hellish 1985 created by Biff Tannen (F. Thomas Wilson) and 1885's Wild West.
