Aziz Ansari's New Netflix Series Gets a Name, Premiere Date

Aziz Ansari's Netflix comedy series now has a name and a premiere date.

Called “Master of None,” the half-hour comedy stars the "Parks and Recreation" alum as Dev, a 30-year-old actor in New York City who "has trouble deciding what he wants to eat, much less the pathway for the rest of life."

Developed by Ansari and "Parks & Rec" writer Alan Yang, the series also stars H. Jon Benjamin, Eric Wareheim, Lena Waithe, Noel Wells and Kelvin Yu.

"Master of None" premieres Nov. 6. Netflix also announced today that its revival of "Longmire," which was canceled last year by A&E, will launch Sept. 10.
