It's no secret that the Hulk will return to the land of the living during the course of Avengers: No Surrender, but this version of the character won't be "incredible" - he'll be immortal.

Bruce Banner, the original Hulk, was killed during the events of 2016's Civil War II. While he's been "resurrected" twice already (in Secret Empire and Uncanny Avengers), both returns were very, very short-lived. A promotional video for No Surrender indicated that third time is the charm, And though the word "immortal" may simply be representative of Banner's apparent inability to die and remain dead, there's a chance this Hulk's alter ego will be someone other than the infamous gamma irradiated scientist.

The question then is, if not Banner, who might it be? Amadeus Cho is the current Hulk, though there has been no indication that the founding member of Marvel's teen team the Champions is involved in this storyline. Plus, he's going to have his hands full in his own solo title's World War Hulk II arc that will run concurrently with No Surrender.

As we can see in Mark Brooks' cover art, while this Hulk looks similar to the one we've known and loved for decades, there is one major difference: The glowing eyes. What they indicate, exactly, is a mystery at this point (Is he under someone else's control? Is he even more overloaded on gamma radiation than any Hulk we've met in the past?), but the answer to why they're glowing will likely be tied to the Hulk's new moniker.
