Marvel's next big storyline, "Avengers: No Surrender," has it's own teaser trailer, and it hints at the return of Bruce Banner.

The two-minute video takes the viewer through several pieces of art that shows the Avengers in action. It also contains interviews with Marvel Senior Vice President of Publishing Tom Brevoort and Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso on what this story will mean for the Avengers going forward.

Stay for the end of the trailer, though, and you're rewarded with a teaser about the fate of the Hulk. A heart monitor appears on the screen and it begins to show life signs as an image of the Jade Giant comes into focus.

Bruce Banner was killed during the events of Civil War II in 2016. He has been temporarily resurrected in Secret Empire and Uncanny Avengers, but Marvel made it clear both times that the Hulk was still dead by the end of these stories. This video seems to tell us that Banner will return over the course of "No Surrender."

The 16-part story will kick off in January with Avengers #675 through #690. It will bring together the teams from Avengers, Uncanny Avengers and U.S.Avengers into one title. Mark Waid, Al Ewing and Jim Zub are writing the story with art from Pepe Larazz, Kim Jacinto and Paco Medina.
