With only 42 days until its worldwide theatrical release, Marvel Studios has at long last unveiled the second full-length trailer for Avengers: Infinity War. And, as you might expect, it's a doozy.

Packed with new footage, the trailer clearly lays out the threat -- namely, Thanos -- and the stakes, with the Mad Titan seeking the remaining Infinity Stones to fulfill his goal of restoring balance to the universe, by wiping out half of existence. Of course, the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy and the assembled forces of Wakanda stand in his way.

As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.

As expected, the trailer is filled with epic moments, including what we can presume is the first meeting between the Guardians and the Avengers, and Steve Rogers going toe to toe with Thanos and holding back a blow from the Infinity Gauntlet.
