Robert Downey Jr. has revealed which Avengers: Infinity War scene is his favorite -- and, surprisingly enough, Iron Man isn't even in it.
Speaking with the Toronto Sun, Downey said his favorite moment of the third Avengers film is one that audiences have already seen in the first trailer. "My favorite shot in the movie has already been seen," Downey Jr. revealed. "And it's when Thor, who's just totally gnarled up, turns and goes, 'Who the hell are you guys?' and you cut to the Guardians [of the Galaxy]. I'm like sold."
Downey Jr.'s love for this scene is so strong he went on to say that, "if the whole third movie was that scene, we're fine." Unfortunately for him, Infinity War will not solely revolve around Thor's first meeting with the Guardians of the Galaxy -- but it does boast a scene where Iron Man has a run-in with the Guardians, which appears to be almost as satisfying.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Tom Hiddleston and Josh Brolin, among others. The film opens April 27.
