Financially, Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War has already made the leap to becoming the most successful superhero blockbuster of all time. However, the cinematic behemoth just added another impressive notch in its belt by becoming the highest-grossing Marvel film in the world's second-largest box office market, China.

Citing the film consulting firm Artisan Gateways, the LA Times reports that Infinity War has grossed a whopping $300.6 million in just 10 days. Additionally, the movie scored an 8.4 out of 10 on the Chinese movie-rating website douban.com.

The $76 million debut in China helped propel Infinity War to $1.6 billion worldwide, inching past the $1.51 billion mark made by the original Avengers back in 2012. With those numbers, the third installment in the Avengers franchise became the highest-grossing superhero movie of all time, so any additional revenue simply pads the blockbuster's already-staggering stats.

In theaters now, Avengers: Infinity War is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Tom Hiddleston and Josh Brolin, among others.
