Yes, it appears as if Marvel has managed to do the impossible: deliver a movie 10 years in the making that manages to live up to expectations. The reviews for Avengers: Infinity War have started to roll in, and it's already been made official -- the movie is "certified fresh."

The famous movie review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes has officially given Marvel's highly anticipated film the much coveted "fresh" seal, with a critic approval rating of 87% out of a current total of 97 reviews.

This score falls just short of last February's Black Panther's 96% approval rating and Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok's 92% rating. However, it ranks much stronger than director Joss Whedon's second Avengers installment, Age of Ultron, which garnered a 75% score.

Avengers: Infinity War manages to continue the trend of Marvel's winning streak, by delivering a film that can already rank as one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's strongest entries.
