One of the bigger questions pertaining to this year's Marvel Cinematic Universe offerings is how Avengers: Infinity War and Ant-Man and the Wasp will tie together -- if they do at all.

The former is set to arrive in theaters April 27, while the latter will bow two months later on July 6. Since Thanos is coming to Earth in one film and the other looks like a much lower-key heist story, fans have been wondering how timeline will work between the two releases.

While we still don't have a clear answer, Infinity War co-director Joe Russo has given us a slight tease. During a set visit interview with Screen Rant, Russo revealed that, yes, one movie will inform the other in true Marvel fashion. "They all lead in in their own way," the director told Screen Rant. "From a plot standpoint, if there's any corollary, Ant-Man and the Wasp probably has some elements that stitch in."

"But we can't talk about that," Joe's brother and co-director Anthony quickly added.

Obviously, things are being kept secret for a reason, and while this isn't the revelation some were hoping for, it does indicate that Ant-Man and the Wasp will carry over the story set up in Avengers: Infinity War -- in some fashion.
