The countdown to Avengers: Endgame has officially hit one month, and with that comes news of when tickets will finally go on sale for the film.
According to LRM, and later corroborated by Screen Rant, tickets for Avengers: Endgame will go on sale in one weeks' time, on April 2, though the report did not indicate at what time on April 2 tickets will begin selling. Due to the reported epic runtime of the film, however, Thursday night preview screenings will kick off at 6 p.m., instead of the typical 7 p.m. first screening. That being said, fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe should remain close to their computers or mobile devices when April 2 rolls around if they'd like to grab a ticket for opening weekend.
The news of when tickets for Endgame will go on sale follows the release of a full portfolio of new character posters featuring both the remaining and the fallen superheroes, as well as a featurette exploring the state of the remaining heroes following the events of Infinity War. A promo for the one-month countdown to the film was also released.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau and Bradley Cooper, with Gwyneth Paltrow and Josh Brolin. The film arrives April 26.
