Today marked the launch of advance tickets for Avengers: Endgame going on sale, giving fans the first chance to secure their spot to see the eagerly anticipated conclusion to Marvel Studios' Infinity Saga.

Ticket sales through mobile sites Atom and Fandango were strong as soon as they became available for purchase, with users waiting in digital queues for up to an hour to reserve seats or the websites for ticket sellers and theater chains crashing entirely from being overloaded with visitors.

Despite the technical difficulties, Atom has reported that the first hour of ticket sales for Endgame are triple what they were last year for Infinity War, while also outpacing advance ticket sales for Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

With showings already beginning to sell out, fans should act quickly to see how the surviving Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes regroup to stage a rematch against Thanos if they want to watch the film opening night.
