If the few Avengers: Endgame trailers are anything to go by, it is likely that we will see Thanos on his farm at some point in the film, though it's unclear if that's where his confrontation with the Avengers will take place.

His retirement to a farm is not something unique to the films. Infinity War's ending drew inspiration from The Infinity Gauntlet, which saw Thanos retreat to an unnamed planet after restoring order to the universe following Nebula's acquisition of the gauntlet and the Infinity Stones.
