Marvel Studios stunned fans with a 30-second Avengers: Endgame teaser during Super Bowl LIII, but in a quick blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment at the start of the trailer, you can see a subtle tribute being paid to some of the heroes who died thanks to Thanos' infamous snap.Just as the TV spot begins, as Rotten Tomatoes' Twitter points out, we can see a montage of quick stills before Marvel Studios' iconic 10 year commemorative logo dissolves away into dust. However, upon closer inspection you clearly see the heroes (well, most of them) are the ones who perished due to the Infinity Gauntlet's Decimation.RELATED: Avengers: Endgame: Marvel's Heroes Strike Back in New TeaserThe images are black and white, with hues of red indicating death as the fate for the likes of Hope van Dyne, the Wasp who died in the Ant-Man and the Wasp post-credits, as well as the Infinity War victims: Nick Fury, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, Black Panther , Bucky Barnes, the Vision and the Guardians of the Galaxy (including the not-dead-yet Rocket Racoon, of course.)

A few characters are missing such as Maria Hill, Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, but other than them, this rapid-fire sequence covers most of the key casualties Thanos took down. With the trailer showing  that Steve Rogers and company are looking to rebound, fans are more eager than ever to see which of these fallen warriors will actually rejoin them from the afterlife.
