In Marvel Studios' new teaser for Avengers: Endgame, it's time for the heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to assemble one more time.

While the first trailer for the film offered a somber look at the Avengers who survived Avengers: Infinity War, this trailer, which premiered during Super Bowl LIII, shows the Avengers getting ready for one of the biggest fights in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After Thanos used the all-powerful Infinity Gauntlet to wipe out Spider-Man, Black Panther and half of all life in the universe in Avengers: Infinity War, and the Avengers were left decimated and disheartened by their devastating defeat.

After Captain Marvel hits theaters in March and introduces the MCU's next Avenger, Avengers: Endgame will be the 22nd film in the MCU. The final film in the MCU's Phase Three is expected to be a turning point for the MCU that could mark the final appearance of major characters like Chris Evans' Captain America.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie. The film is set to be released on April 26.
