A new promo for Avengers: Endgame sees Captain America deliver one of his classic inspirational speeches, as the last remaining members of Earth's Mightiest Heroes and the Guardians of the Galaxy split up into teams for an unspecified mission.
Included in the 30-second clip is all new footage of the heroes standing together in the white suits revealed in the highly-anticipated sequel's second trailer.
According to Captain America's dialogue, at some point in Endgame we can expect to see the heroes split up into smaller groups for different missions. What exactly those missions are remains a mystery for now, though there are plenty of fan theories floating around that may shed some light on this portion of the film's plot.
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently revealed the official name of the white suits, after merchandising referred to them as "Advanced Tech," and fans speculated they were for the Quantum Realm. "We call them the team suits," Feige said.
He went on to explain why the suits were revealed in the movie's marketing. "And we early on decided [revealing them] was a big differentiating factor between [Endgame] and the other films," Feige said. "The Avengers have never had matching outfits before, [so] we thought it was a very intriguing image to see something that made this film feel new."
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau and Bradley Cooper, with Gwyneth Paltrow and Josh Brolin. The film arrives April 26.
