Throughout the clip, Rudd can be seen acting surprised and even taken aback by whatever it is that he's watching on his phone. That, of course, doesn't keep the actor from making a few jokes here and there. From the "him?!?!" that leaves him staring at the camera, to the adjusting of the headphones, or even the need to rewind the video at the start. It's a strange marketing tactic that probably wouldn't work without Rudd, but one that continues Marvel Studios' ability to tease the film without truly showing much of anything. After all, the latest campaign pleads with fans not to spoil the Endgame.

Avengers: Endgame is two days away from officially opening, but the film is already proving to be a behemoth. After essentially crashing multiple ticketing platforms when tickets went on sale earlier this month, the film is already eyeing anywhere between $120-$140 million just in pre-sales alone. If that wasn't impressive enough, AMC Theaters is now keeping certain theaters open around the clock for 72 hours to allow fans to purchase tickets for later showings. Current estimates have Endgame opening to $900 million worldwide, with a $300 million stateside start now on the table, although those numbers could rise over the weekend.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau and Bradley Cooper, with Gwyneth Paltrow and Josh Brolin. The film arrives April 26.
