Avengers: Endgame directors Anthony and Joe Russo shared a short behind-the-scenes video clip that shows Brie Larson meeting her Marvel Cinematic Universe co-stars on her first day as the hero Captain Marvel.

In the video -- which runs for about four seconds -- Larson is seen sporting the Captain Marvel costume inside of the Guardians of the Galaxy's ship, the Benatar. Larson walks over to give Black Widow actor Scarlett Johansson a hug, while Captain America actor Chris Evans looks on with a smile. As the video begins, you can also just make out a person that appears to be Don Cheadle -- who plays War Machine -- in the bottom-right corner. Coincidentally, Larson actually worked with both Evans and Johansson prior to joining the MCU -- appearing alongside the former in 2010's Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and the latter in 2013's Don Jon.

"This was [Brie Larson's] first day ever as Captain Marvel," the Russo brothers wrote. "And here's a quick video of her greeting the cast for the first time. #AvengersAssemble." Notably, while Larson's solo film Captain Marvel hit theaters in early March 2019 -- over one whole month before Endgame's premiere in late April -- she actually filmed her scenes for the Avengers sequel first. Larson will reprise her role as Carol Danvers in the sequel to Captain Marvel, which is currently scheduled for release on July 8, 2022.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Danai Gurira as Okoye and Bradley Cooper as Rocket, with Gwyneth Paltrow Pepper Potts, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Benedict Wong as Wong, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie and Josh Brolin as Thanos.
