Fans in attendance at the D23 Expo were lucky enough to receive multiple posters based on Marvel Studios’ upcoming projects, such as Black Widow, WandaVision and Falcon and the Winter Soldier. But that’s not all. A poster featuring newly-released concept art from April's Avengers: Endgame was also given away.

The artwork comes from Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding, who shared a photo of the poster to Instagram. The the image features Captain America reaching for Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir, on the battlefield during the Avengers' climactic faceoff with Thanos. Meinerding explains the poster depicts Cap as being "uncertain if he can lift Mjolnir or not."

That being said, Endgame co-directors Joe and Anthony Russo recently confirmed Steve Rogers was always worthy to lift the legendary hammer. He appeared unable to do so in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but was apparently only trying to protect Thor's ego.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Brie Larson, Paul Rudd, Don Cheadle, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira and Bradley Cooper, with Josh Brolin as Thanos. The film is now available on Digital HD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD.
