As is so often the case these days, it would seem the first reveal of a new look for a character will come from the toy industry. This time around, it's the Avengers: Endgame version of Captain America.

In recent years, be it Funko Pops or action figures, it is incredibly rare that any superhero movie comes out without a new toy line to accompany it, and the toy previews are typically well ahead of the movie release. This possible reveal comes from LEGO and features Captain America in a bright new suit.

From a purely LEGO standpoint, people seem most excited about the addition of a helmet to the figure, as opposed to past Captain America minis that simply featured a blue head. The classic shield is always a nice addition, too.

As far as looks compared to last time we saw the thawed-out super-soldier, he looks quite different. This shiny new suit would replace a tattered, dark version of his Captain America: The Winter Soldier garb -- with chest star removed and Avengers patch torn from the shoulder -- with a new Avengers logo right over the heart. Also, where we last saw a bearded grimace is now a clean-cut smile.

This LEGO suit design does seem to match some other leaked promotional art from the back of a different toy box that hit the web in October 2018, showing Thor, Rocket Raccoon and Cap all wearing matching white Avengers suits. This would seem to imply Cap's helmet and shield are returned to him, but the white uniforms would obviously be new.

Visually reminiscent of the Fantastic Four's outfits from Marvel's Future Foundation stories, these suits provide quite a contrast to what we're used to. As this is rumored to be Chris Evans' last run as Captain America, it would make sense that the studio wanted to give him a new look and capitalize on possible toy sales, whether the rest of the team ends up looking this way or not.

Avengers: Endgame will hit theaters on April 26, 2019. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the film's extensive cast includes, but is not limited to, Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie.
