While the Avengers: Endgame trailer broke all kinds of records since it debuted a few days ago, anime trailers have a certain style and flair that you just don't find in Western cartoons or movie trailers.
Now, YouTube user, MisterArkham has applied to anime treatment to the Avengers: Endgame trailer, and it's as glorious as you could expect.
The trailer starts off a bit differently, opening with the Avengers: Endgame logo as opposed to it being the big reveal at the end. That's followed by the usual sequences from the trailer—Iron Man in space, Captain America grieving, Thanos in his haven, Hawkeye in his new Ronin costume, etc.—before cutting to footage from previous Marvel Studios films.
The music ("Sakura Mitsutsuki" by SPYAIR) also seamlessly works with the footage splicing in Thanos' "Decimation" from Infinity War, as well as recent footage from the last Captain Marvel trailer showing Brie Larson's Carol Danvers soaring through the galaxy, shooting down spaceships with her cosmic powers.
As bonkers as it gets, the trailer fittingly ends with the famous group shot from 2012's The Avengers, with Earth's Mightiest Heroes uniting, as if to remind everyone the gang will be back to down Thanos.
Avengers: Endgame will be released in April 26, 2019.
