Darkseid's most devastating weapon are his Omega Beams and it's one that most foes have no way of countering. The Omega Beams are energy blasts he fires from his eyes and once he does so, they never stop trying to hit their target, following them until they strike. They're so powerful, for most beings they're a one-hit kill.

On top of that, he has the Omega Sanction, a similar attack that throws a being back in time and then shifts them forward, transforming them into a weapon that will explode when they reach their home time and cause massive devastation. Both of these powers make him one of the most dangerous beings in any universe.

2 Avengers: The Total Package

There are a lot of factors as to why the Avengers are such a successful team but one of the biggest is that they are so well balanced. They have the tactical know-how of heroes like Cap and Black Panther, the raw power of Thor, Hulk, and Doctor Strange, and the unparalleled intelligence of Iron Man and that's just a few examples that don't even speak the depth of their powers and skills.

They're a well-balanced team and this has made a lot of difference- they have the power to face down any threat, the tactical know how to makes the best plans, and the brains to figure out what might go wrong and prevent it. It's hard to beat a team with skills like that.

1 Darkseid: Incredibly Hard To Defeat

Darkseid is the God of Evil and, like most gods, is extremely hard to beat. He can't really be knocked out by normal means and it takes a specialized weapon like the Fahren Knife or a Radion bullet to kill him. Even if one is able to kill him, there are tremendous consequences to those actions- when it happened before Final Crisis, the destruction of his body caused the creation of a black hole that was sucking the multiverse into it and he still wasn't completely dead.

Darkseid is superlatively hard to defeat. He can't be dealt with in a normal way and any attempts to do so end in disaster. Beyond that, he always comes back because his role in the multiverse is fundamental to things.
