In addition to featuring familiar faces, Marvel's upcoming Avengers: Damage Control VR game will also boast a few familiar voices, including Letitia Wright, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe film actors will reprise their roles as Shuri, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man and the Wasp, respectively, for the game. In the trailer, our beleaguered heroes soon find themselves under siege by a technological threat that bears an uncanny resemblance to Ultron. Players will come to the Avengers' aid using Emergency Response Suits, which company Wakandan and Stark tech.
According to the game's official description,
Avengers: Damage Control takes us to a Wakandan Outreach Center, where Shuri (Letitia Wright) is testing her latest invention: Emergency Response Suits, which are a blend of Wakandan and Stark Industries technology. However, this isn’t all fun and games as Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) informs us that a powerful threat has resurfaced and must be stopped. Guests will quickly find themselves recruited to join the fight, armed with these Emergency Response Suits, and travel to iconic locations throughout the MCU -- and find themselves fighting alongside Avengers like Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), the Wasp (Evangeline Lily) and more.
Damage Control teases an experience that allows groups of four to fight alongside the MCU's Avengers, including Doctor Strange, Ant-Man and Wasp, all wearing Shuri's prototype technology within the experience to save the day.
Avengers: Damage Control will be available at participating The Void locations for a limited time starting Oct. 19.
