The Marvel Cinematic Universe is entering the world of virtual reality in a new partnership between Marvel Studios and ILMxLAB, an extension of acclaimed special effects studio Industrial Light & Magic.

The virtual reality experience Avengers: Damage Control has released its first trailer, featuring Shuri's designs for new armored prototypes blending Stark Industries designs with Wakandan technology and showcasing the vibranium-infused power suits.

The virtual reality experience will be available later this month through The Void, a virtual reality company with locations worldwide allowing customers to visit immersive, imaginative worlds.

Damage Control teases an experience that allows groups of four to fight alongside the MCU's Avengers, including Doctor Strange, Ant-Man and Wasp, all wearing Shuri's prototype technology within the experience to save the day.

Details on the story itself are still under wraps, but it will reportedly involve a familiar enemy from the Avengers' past that seeks to steal the hybrid technology and use it for themself in a bid to take over the world.
