Uncloaked Corvus Glaive Concept Art Makes the Avengers Villain Even Creepier

Concept artist and creature designer Jerad S. Marantz has released new concept art of the Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame's Corvus Glaive, showing off an alternate look for the member of the villainous Black Order.

In the art, which was shared to Marantz's Instagram account, Corvus Glaive can be seen both with and without his cloak. If you ever wondered if the concept artists behind his design were going to use the cloak to "cheat" and not design details of the character the audience wouldn't really see, here's your answer... and it's a creepy one.

Marantz also suggests more artwork might be released in an upcoming art book. The artwork was designed for Corvus Glaive's appearances for the aforementioned Marvel Cinematic Universe films, in which the villain was portrayed by actor Michael James Shaw.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Danai Gurira as Okoye and Bradley Cooper as Rocket, with Gwyneth Paltrow Pepper Potts, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Benedict Wong as Wong, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie and Josh Brolin as Thanos. The film is available on Digital HD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD.
