Actor Josh Brolin has seen 30 minutes of Avengers: Infinity War and the man who'll be playing Thanos has left fans with a short but sweet description that'll leave them even more excited for the superhero mash-up.
“I’ve seen 30 minutes of Infinity War and thought it was amazing,” he said in an interview with Flickering Myth. Now, granted that half hour is just a piece of what's set to be the longest running film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, this will certainly whet the appetite of fans as it marks the culmination of 10 years of stories from Marvel Studios.
Directed by the Russos, it's set to be the crown jewel of the MCU with Thanos finally facing the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy as he intends to collect the Infinity Stones. Fans already got footage at the D23 Expo last year, as well as a teaser trailer this year, but fingers are crossed for the next set of footage which is said to be due tomorrow.
With the movie now being pushed up to late April, it's unknown if Marvel Studios is still polishing it up or at what stage Brolin saw his footage, but either way, people are eager to see more of Marvel's heroes, as well as Thanos as he grows from a young outcast to the Mad Titan that wants to save the cosmos his own way.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Tom Hiddleston, and Josh Brolin. The film arrives April 27.
