When Avengers: Infinity War was first announced, it was originally billed as a two-part movie, respectively titled Infinity War - Part 1 and Part 2. However, as the release of the third Avengers film approached, Marvel would eventually confirm that Avengers 4 would get a different title after all, but that it wouldn't reveal it until the right time. The purpose was to keep the focus solely on Infinity War. As a result however, this created a certain mysticism around the official title of Avengers 4, with many fans offering their own theories as to what this mysterious title could be.
Now that we are well past Infinity War and its shocking conclusion, there was hope that we would soon find a bit of solace in the title of Avengers 4. However, it now appears we have learned when the mysterious subtitle of the fourth Avengers movie will be released -- and it points to a much longer wait than we had anticipated.

In an interview with Collider, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed just when exactly fans will finally find out the highly-anticipated title of Avengers 4. "That’ll be after the Captain Marvel teaser probably, announcing that title," Feige said. "It’ll be towards the end of the year with however we launch that film."
After the upcoming release of Ant-Man and the Wasp, Marvel's next big theatrical release will be Captain Marvel, which is slated for release March 8, 2019. The first teaser trailer for that film will probably be coming in the next few months, but the reveal of the Avengers 4 title won't be until well after that. The first teaser trailer for Avengers: Infinity War was released on November 29, 2017, which means that we shouldn't expect the reveal of the title of Avengers 4 before the end of November of this year.
Given the time frame, it's entirely possible that the Avengers 4 title will be revealed with the release of its first trailer -- something which would admittedly lead to much excitement all at once. Until then, we will just have to keep guessing and theorizing.
