Marvel's mightiest heroes will make a stop in Japan when they return for the untitled sequel to 2018's Avengers: Infinity War. Rumors that additional filming would take place in Tokyo were seemingly confirmed last month by a casting call for extras to play Yakuza. But now we have additional proof with the latest photos from the Atlanta set.
Posted by Atlanta Filming, the images capture Japanese street scenes, complete with extras, a Ferrari and someone with a beard that, according to the photographer, "everyone thinks is Chris Evans.
Directors Joe and Anthony Russo announced the start of principal photography Aug. 10 with a photo of a purple glove with four fingers extended. Filming is scheduled to continue until December at Pinewood Atlanta Studios, primary location for Captain America: Civil War, Ant-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming and the upcoming Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and Ant-Man & the Wasp.
