Avengers 4: Karen Gillan Reveals New Look At Nebula

Karen Gillan as Nebula

The release of the (still) untitled Avengers 4 is now only months away and yet, we know very little about the actual film itself. So far, there have been no title reveals, no official pictures from the film, no footage or posters and certainly no trailers. The only information we've gotten have come courtesy of the film's various stars, who have shared filming updates and set pictures. In fact, it was only a few days ago that directing duo Joe and Anthony Russo confirmed that filming for Avengers 4 had officially wrapped.

While it might be a while still until we get an official look at the film, we do have our first look at Avengers 4's Nebula thanks to Karen Gillan's official Instagram account. Yesterday, the Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Infinity War actress shared a new picture of Nebula as she will be seen in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film.

The post doesn't feature any descriptive text or teases other than a couple of emojis, and the picture itself is conveniently cropped, in that the character's surroundings are completely left out. Therefore, there is nothing, not even a few hints as to where Nebula might be, or what she may be up to in Avengers 4. However, the highly-detailed image does offer a crisp look at the character's intricate costume, which will once again feature the Ravager/Guardians of the Galaxy outfit she was seen wearing in Infinity War.

Nebula was last seen at the end of Avengers: Infinity War on the planet Titan. After Thanos assembled the Infinity Gauntlet and snapped his fingers, her friends and teammates -- Star-Lord, Drax and Mantis -- all crumbled to dust, leaving Nebula alone with Tony Stark on Saturn's moon.

While we don't know much about Avengers 4, it's a safe bet that Nebula and Iron Man will pool their efforts together in order to travel back to Earth... or to go after Thanos. With Rocket Raccoon still alive on Earth, the Guardians of the Galaxy now only count two members... but that doesn't mean they are down for the count just yet.
