A creative Avatar: The Last Airbender fan figured out "how the four nations party."

Calculated Cacoethes shared images and recipes for four alcoholic shots on Reddit, each representing one of the elemental nations from Nickelodeon's classic series. The Water Tribe's shot includes Blue Curacao, tonic water and gin; the Earth Kingdom's shot is made from berry vodka, mint liqueur and Sprite; and the Fire Nation's shot features Jaegermeister, Fireball, Sprite and grenadine that is dripped "down the side so it sits at the bottom." As for the Air Nomads, they celebrate with a mixture of lemon vodka, triple sec, Sprite and Blue Curacao.

Calculated Cacoethes's colorful shots are only one recent example of highly creative works of fanmade content for Avatar: The Last Airbender. Another fan showed off their culinary mastery with delicious-looking pies based on fan-favorite characters; the Azula pie features "a sriracha pepper stir fry filling," embodying the Princess of the Fire Nation's temper. Fans can use the recipes to celebrate the upcoming premiere of Netflix's live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

ATLA's live-action adaptation was announced in 2018, with principal photography now underway in Vancouver, Canada. Many key characters have been cast so far, including Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Uncle Iroh. As for the Gaang, Gordon Cormier will star as Avatar Aang, with Kiawentiio Tarbell and Ian Ousley as Katara and Sokka, respectively. It was also recently announced that Elizabeth Yu had been cast as Azula, with Maria Zhang set to portray Suki.

Beyond the culinary, there has been a wealth of new fan theories surrounding the series. One argues that Katara, not Zuko, is actually the rightful ruler of the Fire Nation after the end of the Hundred Year War and another provides a creepy explanation for Ozai and Azula's volatile behavior throughout the series.

Fans of Nickelodeon's iconic animated show have more to be excited about than just stunning fanmade content or the upcoming live-action series; Avatar: The Last Airbender is receiving its own tabletop role-playing game, Avatar Legends. However, while the game was originally scheduled to ship in early 2022, it has been delayed due to the ongoing paper shortage. Developer Magpie Games announced that Avatar Legends will now launch this summer, stating, "after a lot of digging and searching, we are sad to say that simply due to the volume of printed materials, we need to delay when you will be receiving the physical copies of the game."

Avatar: The Last Airbender and its sequel series, The Legend of Korra, are currently available to stream on Netflix. The live-action series does not yet have a release date.
