Superhero shows and movies are packed with good-looking actors and actresses; and the Arrowverse shows are no exception. The stars of all four shows are distractingly attractive and we'd be lying if we said that didn't make these shows more appealing to watch. After all, who doesn't want to see a bunch of beautiful people go about their everyday lives and heroic endeavours while looking effortlessly flawless. But while the main characters of the Arrowverse shows are indeed a group of extremely attractive individuals, the supporting characters don't fall behind. In fact, some of them are even more attractive than the main characters.

Over the years, tons and tons of supporting characters appeared across four shows. Their involvement varies from one-episode to recurring roles and we're gonna be taking a look at the supporting characters who appeared in at least a few episodes of any given show. Seems like there are some pretty good-looking characters among these people, who may not be getting the attention they deserve. Not seeing the forest for the trees is a frequent mistake and we're here to set the record straight. So, without further ado, here are 19 supporting Arrowverse characters that are more attractive than the main characters.

19 NORA DARHK

Legends of Tomorrow Nora Darhk Courtney Ford

This season on Legends of Tomorrow we were introduced to the all grown up Nora Darhk, now the villainous daughter of Damien Darhk. The character is portrayed by Courtney Ford, the wife of Legends of Tomorrow star Brandon Routh. If you’ll recall, Nora appeared briefly on Arrow when she was a little girl and William Clayton’s playmate.

Well, that little bundle of joy is all grown up now and more than prepared to raise hell on Earth together with her dear old daddy. And while this new Nora Darhk scares the hell out of us, we can’t help but notice that Brandon Routh sure has good taste. Courtney Ford is absolutely gorgeous, even in her villainous persona. It’d be interesting to see her pull one on the poor Ray Palmer.

18 SHADO

Arrow Shado Celina Jade

The stunning American-Hong Kong actress Celina Jade gained international recognition with her portrayal of Shado on the first season of Arrow. During his time on Lian Yu, Oliver met and fell in love with Shado -- the girl who taught him martial arts and archery. When put in a situation to choose between Shado and Sara, Oliver inadvertently caused Shado’s death, a tragic event that will haunt him for the rest of his life.

From what we could gather on Shado, she was an overwhelmingly kind, brave, willing to go above and beyond for those she cared for, but could also be a bit naïve. Her unfortunate and premature demise left us with a lingering feeling of sadness that still hasn’t dissipated.

17 SIOBHAN SMYTHE

Supergirl Italia Ricci Siobhan Smythe

Currently, the Canadian actress Italia Ricci has her hands full what with being the White House Chief of Staff to President Kirkman on ABC’s Designated Survivor. However, before she headed for Washington, D.C., Ricci visited National City. In season one of Supergirl, Italia Ricci played the part of Siobhan Smythe -- the second assistant of Cat Grant and the love interest of Winn Schott.

Siobhan soon discovered that one of her ancestors had been cursed by a banshee. Meaning, whenever a female Smythe is wronged she becomes possessed by the spirit of the banshee and must use her scream to kill the object of her rage, otherwise it will destroy her own soul. Even though her personality was never her shining point, we can excuse Winn’s lapse in judgment given how gorgeous Siobhan is.

16 GYPSY

The Flash Gypsy Jessica Camacho

The gorgeous actress Jessica Camacho, who’s best known for her roles in ABC’s drama series Last Resort and FOX’s supernatural show Sleepy Hollow, is currently guest starring on the CW’s The Flash as Gypsy. Gypsy, or Cynthia -- as is her real name, is a famous collector from Earth Nineteen and girlfriend of S.T.A.R. Labs’ head mechanical engineer, Cisco Ramon.

On her Earth, Gypsy is pretty much a legend and as a collector she’s never lost a battle. When she came to Earth-1, she immediately hit it off with Cisco -- not that you’d get her to admit to that. As a character, Gypsy is fun, courageous, and strong-willed. She’s also quite the looker, something that most certainly caught Cisco’s eye the very first time he saw her.

15 MAXWELL LORD

Supergirl Maxwell Lord Ptere Facinelli

Actor Peter Facinelli is best known for playing Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the Twilight saga, a role that he almost didn’t read for because he thought he’d be playing some kind of a blood-sucking monster in a horror movie. As we know, Twilight’s take on vampires is quite unconventional -- to put it mildly -- and Facinelli took the part.

And while the Twilight movies may not be held in the highest regard by critics and audience alike, stars of the saga did gain worldwide recognition and a chance to get more roles. For Facinelli that meant, among other things, a recurring role on the first season of Supergirl as the evil mastermind Maxwell Lord. Lord was handsome, intelligent and ever so charming. During his short run on the show, he’s managed to get both Cat Grant and Alex Danvers to flirt with him.

14 JESSE QUICK

The Flash Jesse Quick Violett Beane

It appears we won’t be seeing Jesse Quick on The Flash any time soon. Since returning to Earth Two and forming a team with her father at S.T.A.R. Labs, Jesse has had a fall out with Harry and a break up with Wally. In an episode that is bound to leave a bad taste in your mouth, the Earth Two speedster sends a Break Up Box to Wally using her dad as a messenger.

But regardless of how you may feel about Jesse now, she’s had a pretty good run on the show and she was well-liked. Even if her romance with Wally didn’t make much sense or need to be there at all. Portrayed by the beautiful Violett Beane, Jesse Quick was considered brave, caring and sweet -- until the whole Break Up Box ordeal.

13 RONNIE RAYMOND

Ronnie Raymond, portrayed by Robbie Amell on "The Flash".
Ronnie Raymond, portrayed by Robbie Amell on "The Flash".

Stephen Amell’s cousin, Robbie Amell, was deemed too young for the role of Oliver Queen, but when time came to cast Ronnie Raymond in The Flash the network gave him a call. And it’s a good thing they did. Robbie Amell did an awesome job on the show and became pretty popular with the audience.

The handsome Robbie Amell previously starred on another The CW show -- The Tomorrow People -- and he’s appeared in a couple of episodes of The X-Files revival series. On The Flash, Robbie played Ronnie Raymond -- structural engineer at S.T.A.R. Labs and Caitlin Snow’s fiancé. Ronnie was good-looking, kind, brilliant and a true hero. Sadly, he died at the end of season one leaving Caitlin and fans of the show heartbroken.

12 ISABEL ROCHEV

Isabel Rochev in Arrow

One of the most beloved actresses among the nerd subculture, Summer Glau, achieved international fame with Joss Whedon’s short-lived but critically acclaimed series Firefly. In 2013, Glau landed a recurring role on The CW’s Arrow, where she portrayed Isable Rochev, aka Ravager. Rochev was the vice president of acquisitions at Stellmoor International and later became the CEO of Queen Consolidated. More importantly though, she dared come between Oliver and Felicity-- a transgression Arrow fans are not likely to forgive.

Nevertheless, despite Isabel’s blatantly obvious rotten nature and shoddy intentions, Summer Glau made it impossible to resist her charms. No wonder Oliver fell for her. After all, if we’re being honest, he’s gone for far less. But while Isabel’s personality sure could have been better, we don’t see anyone complaining about her.

11 PATTY SPIVOT

The Flash Patty Spivot Shantel VanSanten

The stunning Shantel VanSanten came into public’s eye when she joined season seven of the hit teen drama series One Tree Hill. Currently, VanSanten has a starring role on the USA Network series Shooter. The actress previously had a recurring role on The CW’s The Flash where she played Detective Patty Spivot. Patty dated Barry briefly, before leaving Central City in the aftermath of her kidnapping and realizing who Barry really was.

The show, sadly, butchered her character by turning Patty -- a trained tough-as-nails officer of the law -- into a classic damsel in distress. Patty Spivot was attractive, interesting, smart and capable, but in the end regrettably wasted. Nevertheless, it is undeniable that the actress who portrayed Patty is breathtakingly good-looking.

10 HARTLEY RATHAWAY

The Flash Hartley Rathaway Andy Mientus

Broadway actor Andy Mientus first auditioned for the role of Barry Allen on The Flash. As we know that part went to Grant Gustin, but Mientus was latter offered a different role. That of Hartley Rathaway, aka the Pied Piper. Before "Flashpoint", Hartley was an enemy of the Flash and S.T.A.R. Labs. However, once the timeline was changed so was Hartley.

He’s now a much kinder person, even helping Team Flash on occasion. Not that we’ve actually had the chance to see him on the show, although, we wouldn’t be opposed to it. Hartley always had good looks going in his favor and now that his personality got an upgrade, we wouldn’t mind seeing him more often. After all, he’d make a fine addition to Team Flash.

9 LISA SNART

The Flash Lisa Snart Peyton List

In fall of 2017, it was announced that the part of Gotham’s Poison Ivy has been re-cast once again. The next step in the character’s evolution being The Flash actress Peyton List. In case you forgot, List appeared in a few episodes of The CW’s The Flash as Leonard Snart’s sister -- Lisa Snart, aka Golden Glider. Poison Ivy will mark List’s third DC Comics role, as she previously played Lucy Lane on Smallville.

Lisa Snart was a very likable character both in spite and because of her sly, charming and sadistic nature. As demonstrated on a number of occasions, Lisa isn't above using her sexuality to get what she wants - something Cisco experienced on his own skin. Although, it’s hard to blame Cisco for falling under her influence.

8 CLARK KENT

Supergirl Tyler Hoechlin Clark Kent

Season two of Supergirl introduced us to Kara’s cousin - the one and only Man of Steel. Despite vehement pleadings on part of the fans to cast Smallville’s Tom Welling in the iconic role, the part went to Tyler Hoechlin. Upon his first outing as Superman, the fans were critical of Hoechlin’s lack of height as well as the design of his costume. And while both of these are valid points, it’s kind of hard to resist Tyler Hoechlin’s natural charm.

He may not have the classic Superman look, but he sure has the charisma. Hoechlin makes an excellent Clark Kent, even if he doesn’t quite fit the part of Supes. Supergirl’s Clark is positive, compassionate, a bit awkward, but also irresistibly handsome and cute.

7 HELENA BERTINELLI

Arrow Helena Bertinelli Jessica De Gouw

If there’s a petition for Arrow to bring back characters like Roy Harper, Helena Bertinelli and Slade Wilson for good, please point us in the right direction. Helena Bertinelli, for example, is a character we’d very much like to see come back to the show. The Huntress was a skilled archer -- on par with Mr. Green Arrow himself, she had an interesting backstory, a complex personality and a lot of potential.

Sadly, since her arrest in season two, Helena Bertinelli has been absent from Arrow and will probably remain that way. The Huntress was portrayed by the gorgeous Australian actress Jessica De Gouw. And while she did have some anger issues, Helena was still a well-liked character. In fact, a number of fans had actually preferred her over Laurel or Felicity as Oliver’s girlfriend.

6 M’GANN M’ORZZ

Supergirl M'Gann M'Orzz Sharon Leal

The Dreamgirls actress Sharon Leal joined Supergirl in season two as a bartender at an alien bar in National City, under the name Megan. However, Megan soon reveals herself as a Green Martian M'gann M'orzz -- which will turn out to be partially false as well. During her time on Earth, M’gann, a White Martian, and J’onn, a Green Martian, fell in love. Unfortunately, M’gann decided to return to Mars and she's currently in pursuit of other peaceful White Martians like herself.

Unlike the majority of her kind, M’gann is caring, selfless, honorable and moral. She is haunted by feelings of guilt and seems to hate her true form. In her human form, however, she looks absolutely gorgeous, which did not only catch the eye of J'onn J'onzz, but that of the audience as well.

5 RORY REGAN

Arrow Rory Regan Joe Dinicol

Ragman is apparently off Team Arrow for good. Ever since Rory Regan decided to leave Star City once his rags lost their powers, we haven’t heard anything about him. The mystical hero didn’t receive the warmest of welcomes from Arrow fans, but we can’t help but wonder what if the show kept him around for a bit longer. As a character, Rory was in fact quite likable.

Despite going through hell and back when his hometown Havenrock was obliterated by the missile on Genesis Day, Rory managed to remain a good person. He’s demonstrated his forgiving and heroic nature on a number of occasions, as well as his intelligence. Portrayed by the Blindspot actor Joe Dinicol, Rory wasn’t bad to look at either and his boyish charm was undeniable.

4 LINDA PARK

The Flash Linda Park Malese Jow

The Flash’s Linda Park was hardly anyone’s favorite character. The writers had made sure that you by no chance grow fond of Barry’s new girlfriend and instead focus your attention and energy on shipping him with his "one and true love", Iris West. It’s a shame we were basically indoctrinated to hate Linda, because she could have been so much more.

Linda Park, and Earth-2’s Dr. Light, were portrayed by the actress/singer Malese Jow. The stunning American actress was nothing but likable, however, her character's personality kind of drove us away. In particular, the fans seem to have resented Linda for turning Barry into a jerk. Although, from this point in time and after everything Barry’s done, his behavior while with Linda doesn’t seem all that awful.

3 RALPH DIBNY

The Flash Ralph Dibny Hartley Sawyer

Seems like Arrow could learn a thing or two from The Flash about introducing new heroes. In season four, Team Flash recruited a new hero and, unlike the new Team Arrow members, Elongated Man is actually well-liked. Portrayed by Hartley Sawyer -- Private Investigator and former CCPD Detective, Ralph Dibny -- becomes a meta after the bus incident. It takes some persuasion, but Ralph decides to join Team Flash and soon adopts the alter ego Elongated Man.

Although, he was pretty arrogant and obnoxious at the beginning, this stretchy metahuman showed he has a kind and heroic side as well. What with his charm, humor, silly antics, as well as good looks Ralph is currently among the best characters of the show. Flash better watch out, because Central City’s got a new hero.

2 MASEO YAMASHIRO

Arrow Maseo Yamashiro Karl Yune

The Arrowverse, and especially Arrow, is brimming with unrealistically ripped men. Don’t take this to mean we’re complaining. On the contrary, the view is quite pleasant. And while most of the attention usually goes to Oliver, the supporting characters aren’t too shabby either. Oliver’s Japanese friend Maseo Yamashiro comes to mind.

Portrayed by Karl Yune, Maseo first appeared in season three in one of Oliver’s flashbacks to his time in Hong Kong and working for Amanda Waller. Maseo Yamashiro was a level-headed and ruthless operative who acted on behest of Amanda Waller. However, he was also a loving and caring husband and father. It was his son’s death that pushed Maseo over the edge. But Maseo had already charmed us and we we’re still kind of hoping he’d turn around.

1 NYSSA AL GHUL

Arrow Nyssa al Ghul Katrina Law

Sara Lance is far from being the only one who’ll never be able to forget Nyssa al Ghul. Ra’s al Ghul’s daughter and the former leader of the notorious League of Assassins, Nyssa is a force to be reckoned with. Ever since her first appearance and steamy kiss with Sara, Nyssa has been gaining the attention of Arrow fans.

The deadly assassin has caused quite the turmoil when she popped up in Star City and continued the practice with her every subsequent visit. Portrayed by the gorgeous Katrina Law, Nyssa went from foe to ally. Never one to be standing still, Nyssa dated Sara, married Oliver and got cosy with Laurel. But what stuck with us the most is her undying love for her beloved Sara -- which has always been her driving force and made Nyssa very appealing despite her, at times, dubious life choices.
