The Nine Titans are the most powerful characters in Attack On Titan and each has its own abilities. The Jaw Titan is very fast and can break nearly anything with its claws and teeth.
Since this titan has had four inheritors, readers of the manga have been able to see how a lot of different characters use their abilities, with one of them just being revealed in the most recent chapters of the manga. There are some very important things that fans should know about the Jaw Titan before the series comes to an end.
10 Inherited By Marcel
The first inheritor of the Jaw Titan that played an important role in the series was Marcel. Like Bertholdt, Annie, Reiner, and Zeke, he was a Warrior candidate. Since he was quick-witted, Marley's military gave him a titan that was just as fast as his mind.
Marcel, Reiner, Bertholdt, and Annie were sent on a mission to kill the people of Paradis. Though it seemed like a great thing for them to do at the time, they were unaware of how dangerous their journey would actually be.
9 Going To Paradis
Once they got to the island, Marcel told Reiner that Porco, Marcel's little brother, was supposed to have the Armored Titan but that he convinced the government to give it to Reiner so that he could protect his family.
Shortly after, Marcel was eaten when he saved Reiner's life. Reiner became the group's new leader and he strived to be just like Marcel. As for the titan that ate him, Ymir turned back into a human and entered the military.
8 Ymir And Historia
When she was a member of the 104th Cadet Corps, Ymir met a girl named Historia who she got very close to. They both had their secrets. While Ymir hid the fact that she came from Marley and that she was a titan, Historia didn't tell anyone about her powerful family. The two became inseparable.
Despite knowing so much about Ymir, Historia never would have guessed that the person she cared most about was actually a titan.
7 Revealing Herself
Reiner and Bertholdt had joined the 104th Cadet Corps and trained with Ymir and Historia. When the four of them, and Connie, were attacked by a group of titans at night, Ymir saved her comrades by using her powers.
Historia was shocked that she was a titan, but didn't care about her any less than she always had. She also revealed her secrets and began to learn a lot more about her family.
6 Return To Marley
When she had to decide between staying in Paradis with Historia or returning to Marley with Reiner and Bertholdt, she surprisingly chose to go with the warriors. Historia was sad at first but came to accept Ymir's decision in time.
She understood what Marley would do to the two of them for failing their mission and wanted to help them. After going there, she was killed and the Marleyans obtained the Jaw Titan back.
5 Porco
Marley gave the Jaw Titan to Porco, who wanted to prove that he really was better than his brother led everyone to believe. He even saved Reiner's life, despite resenting him since he always thought that Reiner would be the warrior candidate that wouldn't inherit a titan.
However, his desire to be the greatest of the warriors would lead him to become reckless in battle and feeling humiliated.
4 Battles Against Eren
When Eren attacked Marley so he could bring Zeke to Paradis and obtain the War Hammer Titan, the two countries fought in one of the greatest battles in the series. When Eren finally found the War Hammer Titan, he couldn't get its inheritor to come out of the hardened crystal she made around her body.
He used Porco's teeth to crush the crystal and devoured the War Hammer Titan. Porco wanted revenge and fought against Eren with Reiner.
3 Zeke's Scream
Those that drank Zeke's spinal fluid turned into a titan when he screamed. One of these new titans was Falco. When he did, he ate Porco and became the current inheritor of the Jaw Titan.
However, before Porco died, he was able to see his brother's memories and learned that he really was better than Reiner, just like he always believed. He also got to confront the Armored Titan about it before he died.
2 The Rumbling
After Eren started the Rumbling, the Warrior Unit and the Survey Corps joined forces to stop Eren from destroying the world. Falco was one of the fighters in this battle and did everything that he could in order to help.
However, Reiner didn't want Falco and Gabi to be apart of the battle and asked Annie, who he finally reunited with, to take care of them. Since she didn't want to fight, she agreed and left the group, until Falco came up with an idea that would end up saving Reiner and the rest of their comrades.
1 Falco Flies
Ever since Falco was introduced, there were connections between him and a bird. Besides his name, one of his most iconic scenes is when he looked up at a bird. In the middle of a battle, he told the bird to fly away to somewhere safe. His older brother, Colt, believed that Falco died and was relieved to hear his voice. Despite having an obvious connection to birds, readers were shocked to find out that he could use his titan to fly.
The Beast Titan had many different forms depending on who inherited it, and one of them could fly. Since Falco drank Zeke's spinal fluid, he was able to see the Beast Titan fly in the air and felt like he could do it too. He decided to go save his comrades in the newest chapter, and without him, they may have all died.
