One of the main appeals behind the Attack On Titan universe is the hulking size its characters can reach. As the name of the series suggests, Titans provide a majority of the story's conflict and resolution, with the faces of adversity shifting throughout the narrative.
Their impressive statures have often prompted the question: who are the series' tallest characters? By taking their stated measurements (and extrapolating based on scale when no clear height is provided), we can accurately discern the most towering characters of the entire story and the many ways they have impacted it.
10 Annie's Female Titan Was 14 Meters Tall
Annie's Female Titan was shorter than Eren's Attack Titan at fourteen meters tall. It was powerful enough to destroy buildings in their confrontation within Paradis' walls, although her greatest strength was the ability to harden any part of her body for an ultimate shield and offensive weapon.
The Female Titan is also larger than many of the series' other Shifters, including the Cart Titan (at four meters), the Jaw Titan (at five meters), and the Founding Titan (at thirteen meters).
9 Reiner's Armored Titan Was 15 Meters Tall
Reiner's Armored Titan stood at an imposing fifteen meters tall. Although technically the same size as Eren's Attack Titan and barely surpassing the Female Titan, his greatest asset was the broadness of his body and the armor attached to it.
The plates fused to his skin protected him from the blades of Scouts and even a full naval assault during the battle of Fort Slava. Additionally, he displayed signs of incredible physical strength, as he was powerful enough to scatter Paradis' walls with a bounding charge and send Eren flying across the forest with one punch.
8 Lara Tybur's War Hammer Titan Was 15 Meters Tall
Lara Tybur's War Hammer Titan stood at fifteen meters tall. This allowed her to stay engaged in combat against Eren without being overwhelmed (until the arrival of Mikasa and the Scouts).
The War Hammer is capable of creating objects much taller than itself in an instant. It managed to conjure a stalagmite that impaled Eren's chest and suspended him above buildings in the battle for Marley. Lara's affinity for her Titan's skills were not shared by Eren after her death and remains one of the most fascinating phenomena of the Attack On Titan series. It encapsulates the many mysteries of the Shifters that remain unsolved.
7 Zeke's Beast Titan Was 17 Meters Tall
Zeke's Beast Titan was the second tallest of the Shifters, standing at a menacing seventeen meters tall. In addition to the raw physical strength he wielded, capable of throwing things at such terrifying velocities that they could shatter Reiner's armor like a thunder spear, he was also able to command pure Titans to do his bidding.
Moreover, Zeke was one of the few Shifters to display a high amount of situational intelligence, as proven through how he escaped Levi Ackerman. His combination of wits and brawn made him one of the series' most deadly villains.
6 The Wall Titans Are Between 50 & 60 Meters
There are no strict measurements detailing how tall the wall Titans actually are, although its implied that they are somewhere between fifty and sixty meters tall. Considering that they came from the walls that protected Paradis (which are fifty meters tall), there is some evidence to suggest the former.
They are also strongly redolent of Colossal Titans (which are sixty meters tall) and might have been built into the walls horizontally, rather than vertically. The wall Titans are best known for the role they played in the Rumbling.
5 Armin's Colossal Titan Is 60 Meters Tall
After the battle to reclaim Shiganshina, Armin's body was badly immolated. Having been burnt well beyond what Paradis' crude medical technology could heal, the only way to mend his wounds was by turning him into a pure Titan, then feeding him a Titan Shifter.
This was how he came into possession of Bertholdt's Colossal Titan. Although they share a height of sixty meters tall, Armin's Titan form is slightly more slender than his Marleyan counterpart.
4 Bertholdt's Colossal Titan Was Also 60 Meters Tall
Bertholdt's Colossal Titan was responsible for destroying Shiganshina and was originally presumed to have been the main antagonist of the Attack On Titan series (before Marley was discovered). Like Armin, he stood at sixty meters tall and was powerful enough to send the Attack Titan flying across Paradis with a single kick.
As physically imposing as the Colossal is, assuming its form has significant drawbacks. Out of all nine Titan Shifters, it has the lowest amount of stamina, is slow, and must revert to its human state shortly after shifting.
3 Rod Reiss' Titan Was 120 Meters Tall
The Reiss Titan was one of the most monstrously daunting villains of the entire series, slogging across Paradis' landscape at a nightmarish one hundred and twenty meters tall. This made it twice as large as the Colossal Titan and eight times as tall as the Attack Titan.
Fortunately for the heroes, Rod's back was broken at the time of his transformation, so he couldn't simply step around Paradis' walls before obliterating the entire city. Moreover, his entire front was defaced and therefore vulnerable to explosives.
2 Ymir Was A Huge Titan Based On The Few Images There Are Of Her
Although Ymir does not have official measurements for her Titan form, we can extrapolate them based on the few images there are of her in her enhanced state. In the one pictured above, she towers well over huge trees and even protrudes into the clouds themselves.
In another photo where Ymir was battling the armies that defied her master, a typical human male soldier was barely a third the size of her kneecap. With the assumption that he's roughly six feet, Ymir's height surpasses even that of the Reiss Titan's.
1 Eren's Skeletal Form Is Roughly Between 200 & 240 Meters Tall
Eren's height is incomparably massive, with his skeletal form easily making him the most terrifying character in the series. His hind legs stretched across entire oceans and could be seen from Paradis even while he was on his way to Marley.
Moreover, his physical body was well in the clouds and four times taller than the wall Titans (when measuring him from his lowest ribcage to the top of his spinal bone). This places him at between two hundred and two hundred forty meters based on the estimated size of a wall Titan.
