The inheritors of the Nine Titans consist of some of the most important characters in Attack on Titan, such as Eren Yeager, Ymir Fritz, and Reiner Braun.
Though the Cart Titan is not the best of the Nine Titans, its inheritor throughout the manga series, Pieck, instantly became one of the most beloved warriors when she was properly introduced in volume 23, though the Cart Titan was seen in some moments throughout the Return to Shiganshina arc. As she became a main character toward the end of the series, she had a lot of great quotes worth looking back on.
10 "I Don't Trust That Soldier. Follow Us."
When Yelena, disguised as a Marleyan soldier, told the warriors to join her, Pieck had a bad feeling in doing so, especially after Yelena instructed Zeke to leave them while leading her and Porco into a trap. On the way, they ran into the Panzer Unit. Pieck thanked them for all that they did as she hugged one of the soldiers, whispering that she didn't trust Yelena. If she hadn't done this, the Panzer Unit wouldn't have saved the Cart and Jaw Titans, and the battle in Liberio could have ended much worse.
9 "There's No Need To Panic. This Battlefield Is Under Our Control Now. We're Closing In On All Our Enemies."
Full quote: "There's no need to panic. This battlefield is under our control now. We're closing in on all our enemies. They decided to take the field with their vertical maneuvering. So they have limited weapons and fuel. In other words, they're stranded in enemy territory with no supply lines. They're cornered rats. The Marleyan Army should be surrounding this internment zone by now, so there's no escape route. The Paradis Forces never had the numbers to take on Marley in a proper war."
When they joined the battle, Pieck and Porco decided to protect Zeke, not knowing that he was planning to abandon and betray them after faking his death. Porco was concerned about taking the Founding Titan from Eren, no matter what, and this was Pieck's response. Little did she know how wrong she was as not only did the Survey Corps have an escape route, but Eren even used Porco to inherit the War Hammer Titan.
8 "Even If The Plan To Retake The Founder Succeeds, I Really Don't Think That'll Be Enough To Overcome The World's Historic & Worsening Hatred Of The Eldians."
Knowing that modern weapons were becoming more powerful than the titans, Zeke held a meeting in which he expressed his concerns with the other warriors. He told them that they were more desperate to go to Paradis and take the Founding Titan than ever before if they wanted to survive. When Pieck said this, Zeke explained that the Tybur family would help them convince the world their actions were necessary.
7 "Commander, I Remember Now. The Marleyan Soldier Who Led The Warrior Unit & Trapped Me & Galliard In That Hole. I Saw That Soldier Three Years Ago."
Though Pieck didn't remember who Yelena was when she trapped them, Pieck quickly remembered and told Magath it was one of the members of the first survey fleet, which had gone missing after going to Paradis. It turned out that the Survey Corps were waiting for this fleet and that Yelena betrayed Marley to work with the Eldians, and more importantly, the Yeagers.
6 "I Don't Trust Marley. I Pray That Eldians Will Be Freed. But I Do Trust Those Who've Fought Beside Me!"
After Pieck pretended to betray Marley, Gabi was devastated to think that someone she looked up to was a traitor. However, once Pieck revealed her true intentions, she told Gabi how she really felt.
She may not have trusted the nation that abused her and the people she cared about, but she'd be loyal to it as long as her loved ones were as well.
5 "I Became A Warrior So That My Father, The One Person I Can Call Family, Could Get Proper Medical Care."
Full quote: "I became a warrior so that my father, the one person I can call family, could get proper medical care. He survived, but he's been overcome with sadness since he learned I don't have much of my term left. Before I die and leave him all alone, I want to show him a brighter future for Eldia."
While pretending to be on Eren's side, she told him about her father, though it's unknown whether everything she said is true or not. Either way, it is obvious that she has a close relationship with her father, but highly doubtful that she would even try to fight the Marleyans.
4 "I Hate To Say It But You're Right. General Magath Left Us With One Final Order, Though. He Said To Work Together, To Do What Must Be Done."
After Magath died, Annie decided to not participate in the battle against Eren and instead watched over Gabi and Falco. Once she left, Hange asked the soldiers and warriors if they were fine with stopping the Rumbling as they knew the world would still hate the Eldians and attack Paradis. Pieck said these words, following the last order of the general, despite it resulting in her prayers never coming true.
3 "Fine. I Can't Shoot. And I Really Don't Think I Could Eat You."

Full quote: "Fine. I can't shoot. And I really don't think I could eat you. Anyway, you found my Titan's tracks from when I snuck in here, didn't you? My plan was to make it in here before you could act. I made it this far, but there's another reason I couldn't shoot. If you can use the Founding Titan, I thought you just might be able to defeat Marley."
When Pieck tried to threaten Eren by pointing a gun at his head and telling him to take his hands out of his pockets, he refused to do what she wanted as he knew that she wouldn't actually be able to harm him. He told her that he knew she didn't have permission to kill the Founding Titan as that would result in its power going to an unknown Eldian baby. Understanding that he wouldn't give in, she pretended that she wanted him to defeat Marley. Though he didn't trust her, he tried to see if she would lead him to her comrades.
2 "Ever Since I Met Him, I Thought It Sounded Like Zeke Was Always Telling Lies. But Four Years Ago, I Confirmed Those Suspicions. Because When He Saw You, I Heard What It Sounds Like When Zeke Tells The Truth."
After Pieck saved Zeke in Shiganshina, she ran toward Reiner so the three of them could escape. However, on the way, they met Eren for the first time. Zeke told his brother that their father had brainwashed him and that he'd return to save him. Pieck recalled this just moments before admitting that she wasn't on Eren's side.

Full quote: "We are subjects of Ymir. That is our one inescapable truth. Whatever we might say we are, we are people who can become Titans. You saw at Fort Slava how, one day, the power of the Titans will no longer work. In other words, even Marley will be done with us, and they'll kill us all. Prove as many times as you want that you're a good Eldian. They will never free you. We have to win our human rights for ourselves."
All that Gabi ever wanted to do was prove that she was a good Eldian to Marley. Before learning that Pieck had simply tricked Eren, she pointed her gun at the Cart Titan. In keeping up with the act and taking her weapon, Pieck said these words, and though some of the terminology only applies to Attack on Titan, the meaning is unfortunately a brutal truth to many people in real life.
