The trailer for the final season of Attack on Titan has been released online.

The footage, which you can see below, teases some of the action in the upcoming showdown between Titans and humanity, focusing on some of the battlefields on which the fight will take place. The trailer also teases Eren wrecking havoc using his Titan powers, while Levi slays some of the beasts.

Based on Hajime Isayama's hit manga of the same name, Attack on Titan premiered in 2013. While acclaimed, there was a significant wait between the first and second season. While Season 2 only featured 12 episodes, Season 3 was split into two parts and thus lasted for 22 episodes. The series itself follows Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlert and various heroes associated with the Scout Regiment in a world in which humans are confined to massive, walled cities due to the presences of deadly man-eating Titans. However, as the series progresses, it's revealed Eren and various other characters are actually Titans themselves.
