Armin is the childhood friend of Eren. He went through the same suffering as Eren, but he stayed strong and composed himself. Armin is very sharp and intelligent, he busted many secrets that led to timely action as in the case of Annie and Reiner.Now he has gotten another big boost with Colossal Titan powers. He's just as important as Eren and bears the weight of Erwin's life on his shoulders. A normal person is expected to have the same reactions as him given the situation. Fans love him because he is transparent and realistic. Therefore, people from all over the world are cosplaying him.
10 Nerdy Look
This is just like Armin from the anime, nerdy and cute. Mikasa and Eren have always been the fighters while Armin was the brains. He protected Eren after his titan powers were discovered. Everyone was afraid of him while Armin was the only one rational.
sonrycosplay seems to love him, that's why he crafted this Armin cosplay in such detail. The clothes are tightly fitted, with his jacket, hair, and overall everything on point. He might be reading a book on tourism.
9 Female Armin
Armin is the only character with feminine features. He resembles Historia in appearance and is also attracted to her. This quality allows male and female cosplayers to cosplay him. And sometimes the females pull it off better.
As in this case, LauzLanille, a woman, is cosplaying Armin with perfection. The wings of justice on her jacket are spot on and the straps are also correctly placed. Her face already resembled Armin a lot, all she needed was a little makeup.

7 The Sadness Is Overwhelming Him
Armin was a cheerful kid, with dreams and hopes. Unfortunately, his life got rough from the day titans breached Wall Maria. His grandpa, the only family he had left, was sent off to die by titan's hand. He desires happiness, and to see the spring of his life, but the autumn never ends.
Like many others, fuugis has also been inspired by Armin. He looking out the window and lost in his own thoughts. The red shade represents the autumn of his life.
6 Having A Dream About The Ocean
Armin was timid, shy, and weak in the beginning, but he broke out of his shell during his training. Now he actively takes part in every activity- that involves killing titans most of the time. pollypwnz has put in some effort so that his cosplay stands out from the rest.
Other than the costume, the mood and setting are well done. Armin looks to be tired after reading those books, which are probably of the world outside the walls. And his long hairs stray from his original design but looks good anyways.
5 Ready To Kill Some Titans
Attack on Titan costume designs is inspired by real-life fashion. Aside from looking cool, the straps provide a secondary function. The ODM gear is hooked onto them and it helps the user remain stable. Clearly, the designers didn't just put random stuff to make the characters look cool.
Francisco-the-bear did an excellent job here. He got all the little details right and went out into the wild to take this photo, which sets the scene.
4 Scared But Focused
This is another great example of a female cosplaying as Armin. Ranmaru-Mori has done a great job in pulling off this Armin cosplay. She also crafted the tricky ODM gear, so it looks realistic. The wires going through and the gas cylinders, makes us feel that she would start using it any moment.
The expression on her face is of doubt and fear. But she has composed herself to face titans. It's like Armin came to life.
3 Having Fun With Everyone
What's better than an Armin cosplay? A group cosplay of the scouts. Yamato--Taichou explained that they took these photos at Sforza Castle in Italy. It resembles the building inside the walls and sets the scene. Everyone is doing some goofy pose. Sasha as always is eating bread.
Reiner and Bertholdt, for once, have left Annie alone. And Levi has stopped Mikasa and Eren to do the cleaning. Things were good this way until Annie started killing everyone.
2 Â The Complete Package
An Armin cosplay can be pulled off with just a white shirt, jeans, and some straps. As seen in the earlier entries. They can be done in 2 to 3 hours. But some want to make their cosplay special, as seen in this case. She added every little feature, like his swords and the ODM gear.
She truly has the right to call herself an Attack on Titan fan.
1 Armin And His Beloved Horse
One thing that was missing from all the cosplays earlier was a horse. And it was fulfilled here The cosplayer first had to craft the costume. And then she had to learn how to ride a horse. All in all, it must've had taken her a month to perfect this.
And the effort has paid off. The horse's skin also matches the brown of her jacket. A scout is nothing without its horse.
