Video game giant Atari is foraying into the hotel industry.

CEO Fred Chesnais told Fortune that the company plans to open at least eight Atari-themed hotels in the U.S. The first is set to break ground in Phoenix, Ariz. later this year, with other buildings planned in Austin, Texas, Chicago, Ill., Denver, Colo., Las Vegas, Nev., San Francisco, Calif., San Jose, Calif., and Seattle, Wash. U.S. real estate developer True North Studio and GSD Group will handle development.

The hotels will come with a variety of features that should please video game enthusiasts and travelers alike. They will have restaurants and arcade bars along with other amenities, such as gaming playgrounds and bakeries, that take inspiration from Atari and its video games. The gaming playgrounds are expected to include AR and VR games. Select hotel locations will also have dedicated areas for both hosting and streaming live e-sports events for fans.

Founded in the early 1970s, Atari is a pioneer in the video game industry and helped birth the home video game console. The video game giant suffered greatly as the years went on, filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2013.
